The Diocese of Amarillo has partner with the Catechetical Institute Franciscan University for our Ongoing Training for Comprehensive Youth Minsitry.

The Franciscan University Catechetical Institute is an online program for Youth Leaders (Catechists).
Online training program through the Franciscan University. We have two learning tracks; one for called the “Youth Ministry Track” for Youth Leader (Youth Minister) and the other “Catechist Core Team track” for those helping the Youth Leader.
 
The training is divided into six (6) topics: Foundations, Scripture, Method, Philosophy, Spiritual and Doctrine with advance training.
